After 45 years as an SME, being able to offer a thriving business for her to experience working life — from accounts to warehousing and procurement — genuinely makes me the happiest Dad.
All the hard work, the long days, the determination… it’s always been about building something meaningful for the next generation.
Sophie becomes the third generation of Bartlett to work at SPT, balancing her part-time electrical engineering course with hands-on experience across all departments of the company.
