We can offer price per tool quotations or discounts for multiple tools. For companies with larger tool fleets we can offer a site survey to ascertain the best and most economical way to undertake the testing.
We offer a bespoke tagging service which includes the relevant information for your engineer, including HAV level (this can be from new using manufacturers’ data or from subsequent testing), PPH (points per hour) and usage times to both (EAV & ELV). The tags can be branded with your own logo and any other additional information required.
Testing
We can undertake vibration testing to ISO standard 5349-2 (2001) here at our specialist facilities or one of our qualified engineers can visit your site and test all equipment required.
Reporting
We provide a comprehensive report detailing the test results and recommendations to reduce exposure.
Maintenance
We can Repair tools and provide preventative maintenance suggestions. We offer both planned maintenance and urgent repair services.
UK legal obligations
The law states that an employer must “assess and identify measures to eliminate or reduce risks from exposure to hand-arm vibration so that you can protect your employees from risks to their health.” The Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005 also stipulate that “Where the risks are low, the actions you take may be simple and inexpensive, but where the risks are high, you should manage them using a prioritised action plan to control exposure to hand-arm vibration.”
